Refund policy

1. What Products Can Be Returned

We accept returns only for new, unopened products. Final sale items cannot be returned.

The following items are non-returnable under any circumstances:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Items missing original tags, packaging, or accessories

2. Return Timeframe

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

3. Item Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at support@wblevel.com with your order number. Once approved, we will provide you with the return address and full instructions. Please include your receipt or order confirmation, and package the items securely.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. International Returns

Our return process for international orders depends on the reason for the return:

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, no physical return is required. Simply contact us at support@wblevel.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and issue. Once verified, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Change of mind or size exchange:
If you would like to return an item due to a change of mind or sizing issue, the item must be physically returned to our U.S. warehouse. International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us first at support@wblevel.com to receive the return address and instructions before sending your package.

Please note: We do not cover customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with international return shipments. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

7. Partial Returns

If your order contains multiple items, you may return one or more items without returning the entire order. Refunds will be issued only for the returned item(s) that meet our return conditions. Original shipping fees and any non-returned items will not be refunded.

8. Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees for returned items that meet our return conditions. However, if a returned item does not comply with our policy (e.g., opened, used, or missing original packaging), we reserve the right to apply a restocking fee or reject the return.

9. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive your return. They are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

10. Exchanges

We are happy to accept exchanges. To proceed, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
